This lounge area generated high activity levels throughout the entire Annual Assembly in Boston last year.
Engage your target audience through a 30 minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the theater time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 50 with additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Showcase Theater and in the conference Mobile App, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start.

Grab the attention of attendees and provide a great service! The charging station offers a branded kiosk or charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains cabling or USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and includes a surrounding comfortable seating area for the attendees to relax and network while charging. The Charging Lounge would be prominently located in one of the high traffic public areas. Price includes production and specialty furniture. Deadline to submit materials to AAHPM: January 13, 2020.

Hotel key cards for the official Annual Assembly host hotel (Hyatt Regency Orlando) can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotel, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.
