Room drops are placed at each registered attendee guest room at the host hotel on Wednesday evening in time for the opening of the Exhibit Hall on Thursday.

The Annual Assembly Mobile App will enable everyone interested in the Annual Assembly—attendees and non-attendees—to access the program directly from their smartphones or tablets. Users can browse the schedule, search for sessions and speakers, claim CE credit, and access maps of the Hyatt Regency Orlando and Exhibit Hall. The app provides over 100,000 impressions before, during, and after the Annual Assembly.

Engage your target audience through a 30 minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the theater time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 50 with additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Showcase Theater and in the conference Mobile App, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start.
