Your digital ad will be the sole ad on a planned marketing AAHPM email sent to approximately 9,000 AAHPM members and contacts for promotion and details regarding the Annual Assembly. The charging station offers a branded kiosk or charging ports built into furniture for attendees to charge their devices and contains cabling or USB power which correspond to most mobile phones, tablets, and small laptops. The station will be branded with your company graphics and includes a surrounding comfortable seating area for the attendees to relax and network while charging. Coloring is the new stress reliever and provides a way to off-load the intensity of the day. Two desks with stools will be placed in a high-traffic area of the Annual Assembly for the attendees to stop and clear their minds and have fun. The desks will be branded and signage will be placed to acknowledge the sponsor's support. At the last Annual Assembly this unique activity area was very popular and had a high brand exposure.

Hotel key cards for the official Annual Assembly host hotel (Hyatt Regency Orlando) can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotel, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.
Be among the select few exhibitors to secure this highly visible opportunity! Exhibitor inserts are limited to five (no more than two per company), so your promotion will not be lost among a mass of paper. Room drops are a great way to drive traffic to your presentation or to highlight a promotion or launch at your booth. Room drops are placed at each registered attendee guest room at the host hotel on Wednesday evening in time for the opening of the Exhibit Hall on Thursday.

Engage your target audience through a 30 minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the theater time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 50 with additional standing room.
